Schenectady Curling Club Mixed And Open LeaguesAt the Schenectady Curling Club there are curling leagues for every type of curler! If you're interested in heavy competition to prove yourself amongst the best at the club, we've got it. If you're just learning and want to play with other people new to the sport, we've got that too. Want to play with your husband or wife? Tuesdays and Fridays are mixed curling. Want to grab three others and put your own team together. The Open League is just for you. Select the league type you want and see all the choices that there are!
Bradshaw Mixed
Mixed league that meets Tuesday evenings for the first half of the season beginning early November to mid January. Teams usually consists of two men and two women. This league is good for all skill levels and provides an excellent opportunity for singles as well as couples to curl together. Chairperson: Dan Navratil
Erdman Open League
The Erdman league is an open (men and/or women) format league best for beginning curlers and novice skips. Teams in this league will be selected by draw with consideration given to matching new curlers with their club sponsor. This league provides an entry-level degree of competition. Chairperson: Dion Warr
Fitzgerald Mixed
Mixed league that meets Tuesday evenings for the second half of the season beginning mid January to end of March. Teams usually consists of two men and two women. This league is good for all skill levels and provides an excellent opportunity for singles as well as couples to curl together. Chairperson: Dan Navratil
Friday Open Social
This league is open to men and women of all skill levels. It meets less frequently than other leagues, when our ice is not being used for bonspiels. Games begin at 4:00 pm, with cocktails and dinner to follow at 6:00 pm. Chairperson: The Colton's
Gabel Open League
The Gabel league is an open (any combination of men and women) format league best for beginning curlers and novice skips. Any two curlers may sign up together in this league. This league provides an entry-level degree of competition. Chairperson: Dion Warr

Open Learning League
New curlers and experienced curlers will find this league extremely useful.
This is your oportunity for new curlers to really learn the sport and for
experienced curlers, it serves as a reminder of things they may have forgoten, or perhaps
never knew. This league is geared towards new members, but of course everyone is welcomed
and encouraged to participate.
